Beans Talk Bistro: A Gem At The Heart of Baguio City

By N Mark Castro

Creativity plays an important part in entrepreneurship, and Beans Talk Bistro certainly got it right by playing on Jack’s infamous beans, but more than that, it’s the quality of food and service that they provide that has made Beans Talk Bistro one of the fastest rising go-to places in the Summer Capital of the Philippines.

And why not?

The refreshingly bright interior of the place acts an inspiring workstation, while becoming your secret-amazing-gem where you could take people to if you want to impress them with your knowledge of hole-in-the-wall coffee shops in Baguio City.

With such an inviting counter where you can select their freshly baked pastries.

But part of its real pride is the quality of pastries and food it serves, matched by the infamous Philippine hospitality. It is a rarity of a coffee shop in Session Road with a great wi-fi at that.

It’s quiet even with the piped-in music that’s not overly wrought with irony, and it’s definitely a good place to go if you want to be left alone.

The coffee is pretty amazing. They have a classic list of coffee that’s served in simple ways it borderlines impressive.

Located in the heart of Session Road in Baguio City, Beans Talk Bistro is the default coffee shop | restaurant of City Center Hotel, which is owned and operated by Joy Ang, a former Chicago resident who decided to return home and open an affordable hotel with her sister. Both sisters are hands-on involved in operating the Bistro as well.

Then head up to Beans Talk Bistro and brighten up your day in the most creative way possible.

I do love the manner in which you have framed this particular situation and it does indeed present me a lot of fodder for thought. Nonetheless, from what I have experienced, I basically hope as the actual reviews pack on that people today stay on issue and not embark on a tirade regarding the news du jour. Still, thank you for this superb piece and even though I do not really concur with this in totality, I regard your standpoint.
