PT blueVisions Management: Certainty. Innovation. Excellence.

NOW IT CAN BE TOLD: Oz The Great and Powerful
By N Mark Castro

Most everyone of you have been intrigued by my decision to suspend my political strategy involvement and have been curious as to the reason for my digital silence as well, especially at a time when burning issues affect the region, including the upcoming presidential elections in Indonesia. Some have even sent me an email demanding that I post on certain issues that affected the Philippines and Indonesia, two of my most entertaining source of socio-political and communications idiocies.

By socio-political and communications idiocies I don’t mean that the countries mentioned have elected and appointed politicians that are idiots.

Just most of them.

And every journalist or writer, or political strategists have asked me of my opinion on those public officials who have been caught lying about their ill-gotten wealth and corrupt practices and large-scale theft from the national treasuries of both countries, I simply reply that they shouldn’t deprive those villages — from which these elected and appointed politicians come — their resident idiots.

And I would go on about my new focus.

But if you thought that this new “baby” I am so thrilled with had something to do with the wonderful story of The Wizard of Oz

Then allow me to disabuse you of that notion … although certain parallelisms can be inferred.

But, for now, let’s focus instead on the Other Side of Oz and how when I clicked my shoes I suddenly found myself on what could be your modern-day hot air balloon.

No … that’s not me … you’ll have to lower your expectations than that.

This is me.

935347_10151487540269934_2075045275_nAnd even though most everyone begins any reference to the storyline of Oz from Kansas, United States of America, there is another Oz that is referred to in reality … and that is this …

No, no, no … not the infamous Sydney Opera House but rather the entire country of Australia.

Because that’s where this wizard found himself in —

So my first foray in Australia’s corporate world became quite as mystifying at the onset because if The Emerald City of Oz reveals that the powerful white witch Glinda owns a Great Book of Records that allows her to track everything that goes on in the world from the instant it happens … then blueVisions Management Pty Ltd has one of the most sophisticated CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) I have ever encountered.

blueVisions, in its wild commitment in ensuring that its clients receive the most detailed technical work in achieving certainty and reducing risks for their clients’ projects, have adopted a complex Customer Relationship Management system that is a model for managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.

In its marketing shape, CRM systems track and measure campaigns over multiple channels, such as email, search, social media, telephone and direct mail. These systems track clicks, responses, leads and deals.

Now, tell me if that isn’t a modern-day application of the Great Book of Records that has allowed our fictional Glinda to track everything that goes on in the world from the instant it happens?

That fantastic system begins here:

Picture2There is only one word in the entire English language that I could find that best explains this mystifying CRM system in its entire essence, this is it: MAGICAL.

So spending an entire week preparing for negotiations, presentations, training, and orientation with colleagues, we ended the entire trip with their traditional Friday get-together.

262434_10151504250394934_1689892067_nWhere it’s become a habit to share the entire week with your colleagues to unwind, trade experiences and challenges, while fostering unity. There is so much truth to the success of companies that maintain work-life balance because, at the end of the day, these people that you spend most part of your waking moment shed their race, color, and creed to become your partner, your teammate, your brother in arms to achieve your common goals.

Returning to Indonesia, we immediately set forth to begin the incorporation, strategic market penetration, planning, training, and continued screening of team members that would reflect what I had taken from our Sydney offices.

And, just like the Wizard of Oz, I was initially clueless to a system that needed to be implemented and transferred to the untrained minds of my initial colleagues who each came from web design, academe, as well as my own background from the other end of the spectrum. Yet there we were day in and day out trained to the last detail to expand our skills while adapting the tools of the trade that we have picked from our own diverse experiences and expertise.

Bringing the traditional Friday get-together was also pathetic as three grown men tried to buy cheese and other healthier food options.

But if there’s one thing that blueVisions training gives you, it would be sheer determination to find the solution. And with the continued support coming from colleagues from blueVisions MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and blueVisions Australia, our immediate friends and network soon became curious and interested as to what blueVisions Indonesia is all about.

The weeks turned into months and, pretty soon, the Friday get-togethers bonded us more with new team members that joined and friends that visited to spread the word.

With Indonesia as one of the largest countries in the world with social media presence that has spilled over in the corporate and industrial world, blueVisions was quick to spread its presence in this platform. A recent UK article actually revealed that “Over 60 million mobiles will be purchased in Indonesia in 2013, a staggering figure. With a 114% penetration rate of mobiles this market is driven by the replacement market and social media.”

blueVisions Indonesia was quick to invite social media strategist Rachel Reyna Fachruddin to be on top of blueVisions blog, bluevisions Twitter, blueVisions Facebook, and blueVisions LinkedIn pages.

But to further strengthen the division, blueVisions likewise invited writer Marcella Purnama to further add energy and vibrancy to the social media.

Naturally, the acquisition of top talent to manage client expectations and ensure the reduction of risk on the clients’ project, veteran Harry Nugraha Dasim was appointed to head the team. Harry owns one of the keenest eyes in the industry to anticipate the pain-points of companies, to find the appropriate solutions, and to find certainty in the ever-changing industry fluctuations brought about by the massive growth of Southeast Asia.

Harry is ably supported by an entire team of people with track records and success in their individual fields that would cater to every needs of the clients while anticipating trends and quickly adapting to changes.

In a blink of an eye, we were suddenly full and ready to hit the market —

Senior Corporate Relationship Managers Erly and Irene

The ever-reliable Santi ready to serve clients’ needs to achieve maximum growth

Customer Relations Manager Yohan and Senior Corporate Relationship Manager Nadia

Customer Relations Manager and Account Manager Fickle

A major part of the key differentiator of blueVisions Training Programs is that certificates and diplomas are internationally recognized, meticulously prepared by blueVisions trainers, audited by the Australian government as a Registered Training Organization (RTO) which gives this stamp of recognition and approval.

On top of that, blueVisions was recently appointed by NSW-AMES to roll out its English-training program that caters specifically to professionals in a busy world.

More than this, the entire blueVisions Indonesia team members have been equipped with world-class training to know more about the products, delivered by key experts from blueVisions MENA and Sydney offices.

Picture4And delivered by the global president himself

For every advanced education training program that professionals will undertake with blueVisions, they can be GUARANTEED of the same standards and qualities as if they took those in any of our programs in MENA, China, or Australia.

Which is why the official launch of PT blueVisions Management Indonesia has been anticipated by friends and corporate network because they knew that it would be innovative and highly different.

email invitation

And that’s why it was an evening filled with informative details, entertainment, and fun … with clients, network, and friends wondering how long we’ve been working together as the energy was palpable in the air.

Denny, Reza, Harry, Dicky, Yohan, Fickle

Nadia, Erly, Keyla, Di Robinson Director of NSW-AMES, Santi, and Irene

NSW-AMES Director Di Robinson flew in to meet with clients in Indonesia that would avail of what the Australian Department of Education through AMES has appointed blueVisions to roll out its advanced technology in enhancing people’s command of the English language in a workplace setting without disrupting your work and in time for ASEAN’s 2015 Integration

Jill Arkell flew in to town to provide training and support to blueVisions members. She manages strategic planning and execution as well as business development and marketing. She is focused on maximising client benefit utilising blueVisions’ extensive skills and experience.

The purpose is simple, really:

Every client that walks in the ecosystem of blueVisions are guaranteed that each and every member of blueVisions provide its utmost best in delivering results that reduce risk and increase certainty in their business, utilizing blueVisions expertise and wide array of tools, honed and perfected over the years.

And we deliver that same standard across our global presence —

Because with blueVisions … you can be sure that —

Picture6You might be wondering what I may be doing in the midst of all these … sandwiched by two beautiful ladies as if I was, indeed, the Wizard of Oz …

oz-the-great-and-powerful-poster-1When I am similarly sandwiched as such —

Especially when I am the most annoying and dangerous strategist you’ve come across in politics, healthcare, corporate image projection, crisis and issues management, delivering you all the potential evils that other people can do …

Yes, I have been all that …

But if you may have found my incisive dissection of an issue annoying, relentless, and tenacious in the pursuit of solutions …

Imagine what I can do to your competitors…
